At Habinx Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality services across home solutions, property management, legal documentation, and consultation. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for all services offered through https://habinx.com.
1. General Refund Terms
- All payments made to Habinx are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days, subject to banking timelines.
- Refund requests must be raised by contacting info@habinx.com with complete transaction details.
- Habinx reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after internal review.
2. Service-Wise Refund Policy
2.1 Consultation Services
(Includes: Vastu Consultation, Architecture Consultation, Interior Consultation, Smart Home Consultation)
- Once a consultation is:
- Scheduled and/or
- Delivered
- → No refund shall be issued.
- If a User cancels:
- Before scheduling → Eligible for partial refund (after deducting processing fees).
- After scheduling but before session → No refund (rescheduling may be allowed once).
- If Habinx fails to deliver the consultation due to internal reasons:
- User will receive either:
- Full refund, or
- Free rescheduling
2.2 Design & Execution Services
(Includes: Interior Turnkey Projects, Renovation, Modular Kitchen, Wardrobes, Smart Automation)
- Advance payments are non-refundable once:
- Site visit is completed, or
- Design work has begun, or
- Materials have been procured
- If cancellation is requested:
- Before project initiation → Partial refund after deducting:
- Consultation charges
- Design/planning costs
- Administrative fees
- No refund shall be provided for:
- Change of mind after project start
- Delays caused due to:
- Client-side approvals
- Site readiness issues
- Changes in scope or design
2.3 Legal & Documentation Services
(Includes: Rent Agreements, Legal Documents, Compliance Documentation)
- No refund will be issued once:
- Drafting has started, or
- Documents have been shared (draft/final), or
- Registration/compliance process has begun
- Refunds may be issued if:
- Service is not initiated by Habinx
- There is a verified technical/payment error
- Minor corrections or revisions will be provided without extra charge (subject to reasonable limits).
2.4 Movers & Packers Services
- Cancellation policy:
- 24+ hours before service → Partial or full refund (excluding booking/processing fee)
- Less than 24 hours → No refund
- No refund once:
- Vendor/service team has been dispatched
- Service has commenced
- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions
- Minor damages unless covered under separate insurance
2.5 Property Listing & Rental Services
- Fees paid for listing, promotion, or tenant acquisition are non-refundable.
- Habinx does not guarantee:
- Property rental/sale success
- Timeline for tenant/buyer discovery
2.6 Compliance & Regulatory Services
(Habinx Compliance Services)
- No refund once:
- Documentation process has started
- Submission to authorities has been made
- Refund may be considered if:
- Service cannot be delivered due to Habinx internal limitations
3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be approved under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the User
- Payment deducted but service not initiated
- Technical errors resulting in failed service delivery
- Cancellation by Habinx due to inability to provide service
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund shall be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial usage of any service
- Delays caused by third parties or external conditions
- Incorrect information provided by the User
- Failure to respond or cooperate during service execution
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Users are requested to contact Habinx before initiating any chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of account
- Legal action, if necessary
6. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be issued for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic-related disruptions
- Network or system failures
7. Policy Updates
